So it's here! The day we've all been waiting for. The presentation day kicked off with a slideshow presentation including all the things we will be getting up too leading up to Japan and while we are there (there was a lot). We saw where we were staying, what we would be getting up too, and loads more. It was quite overwhelming but exciting at the same time.
Then was the investitures, up to this point none of us knew what to expect. It started out with the leaders getting invested into the unit, next it was us! The scarves were the colour of the Union flag and on the back featured the peace crane. Which is the UK Contingent logo!
It filled us with great pride knowing we are representing not only our county but great Britain. We were all so happy to become official, and truly start on our journey to Japan.
